If a defect or bug is found and our technical support staff cannot provide a fix or work-around within 14 days, a refund can be offered by our technical support team who will then ask you to email (in PDF format) a signed declaration, with:

  • A copy of your invoice - sent to you by email (or from Paypal) when you purchased credits.
  • A description of the problem you found in the software.

Unaccepted Circumstances

We generally do not offer refunds in these circumstances:

  • At any time after registering and using up your allocation of "free" credits.
  • Just because you made a 'mistake' when ordering more credits.
  • Just because you changed your mind after ordering more credits.
  • Because you purchased on the recommendation of someone not associated with Hublah or Hostpipe Ltd, then purchasing credits without really having tested Hublah yourself.

Please note any requests for refund must be made before you use up all of your allocation of purchased credits. If you have used up all of your allocation of purchased credits we would like to remind you that when you purchased credits, you accepted the statement when registering for a new account with Hublah:

You must read our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and Refund Policy before registering, because in registering and using Hublah you are agreeing to and accepting our Terms and Conditions, Privacy and Refund Policies.

Hublah Accepted Circumstances

We have a "no-quibble" policy for accepting refund requests if you have purchased credits before using up your initial allocation of 25 "free credits". Once you have used up your allocation of 25 "free credits" and purchased further blocks of credits you will then be bound within the standard terms of the Refund Policy above.

If you have used your allocation of 25 "free credits" and partially used up blocks of purchased credits and are actively using Hublah we may only be able to offer a partial refund.
